House of Hajar is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen
